Most unfortunately the wayback machine is indeed scrubbable as many of us learned a few months ago when it was down for a week or so due to an "attack".
It's on my list to download a copy of the documentary later today to add to this post after I move my computer next to the broadband hub since the thick stone walls in this old cottage create interference with the signal.

I haven't yet had time to watch Jeffery Sachs full interview but have seen pertinent clips where he mentions the 7 countries in 5 years goal of the CIA et al's Operation Timber Sycamore. The UK was also involved in this. I hope to watch his interview later today.

Have you seen tuckers interview with Jeffry Sachs yet? Doesn't discuss this particular false flag but the 7 countries in 5 years is fully exploded.
