UK Department of Education tenders £5.5m contract "as part of the Tackling Antisemitism in Education Programme"
"New pro-Israel push in schools and universities" – Lowkey
I am beyond appalled by the following information which Lowkey thankfully tweeted yesterday.
As Lowkey comments in his tweet, the contract specifically states that part of the remit for this new “education” programme is to tackle “disinformation about the situation in Israel following the terrorist attacks on 7th October.”
I have included the full description for the tender below.
The following are the details of the UK Government’s Department of Education tender.

Description
THIS IS A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
The Department is seeking to appoint one or more Prime Supplier(s) as part of the Tackling Antisemitism in Education (TAE) Programme, from FY24-25 to FY26-27.
Aims / Outcomes
The aim of the TAE programme is to support schools, colleges, and universities to tackle antisemitism effectively by:
Increasing understanding of antisemitism amongst staff and learners
Increasing staff ability to identify and tackle incidents of antisemitism
Providing schools and colleges with the skills and necessary tools for institutions to improve policies and processes to facilitate organisational cultural change to better identify and deal with instances of antisemitism
Providing education staff with the necessary tools to hold and facilitate discussions on the historic and current conflicts and tackling disinformation.
The procurement is split into two distinct lots:
Lot 1 - Developing and implementing a programme of initiatives aimed at tackling antisemitism in universities. The cornerstone of this contract will be the development, testing and rollout of a Quality Seal for universities, that will allow universities to demonstrate practical commitment to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism, and to the safety and welfare of Jewish staff and students. This should be developed in such a way that the Quality Seal Scheme could become self-sustaining beyond contract exit and allow for routine assessment of universities for its award and retainment. Alongside this, the Supplier will also be responsible for the development and implementation of supporting resources, and a research programme.
Lot 2 - Developing and implementing a programme of initiatives aimed at tackling antisemitism in schools and colleges. This will involve the development and rollout of training for school and college staff and student engagement opportunities. This should be appropriately tailored to the differing needs and requirements of schools and colleges; and developed in such a way as to create a long-lasting legacy beyond the lifetime of the project, via a "train-the-trainer" approach and champion network . Alongside this, the Supplier(s) will also be responsible for the development and implementation of supporting resources , including on the situation in Israel following the terrorist attacks on 7th October, which tackle mis- and disinformation, and can be used in student engagement activity
The Department is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent competition in line with PCR 2015. We encourage all interested parties to submit tenders in line with the instructions that will be published in due course. We also welcome consortia bids, bids from SME's and VCSC's etc.

This nefarious agenda constitutes overt institutionalised propaganda, brainwashing and indoctrination in British schools and universities.
The Israeli lobby obviously has far too much influence and control in the UK. Parents and people need to know what is going on, especially when it comes to impressionable young minds.
The video below is a good 18:28min interview with Lowkey from 1 February 2024.
Unmasking the Israel Lobby
Pro-Palestinian rapper Lowkey is interviewed by TRT World's Paul Salvatori to expose the shocking reach of the Israel Lobby in UK politics. He reveals tactics used to silence critics, including attempts to cancel his music!
Lowkey fights back!
He delves into:
▪ Origins of Zionism & its impact: Unpacking the ideology fuelling the ongoing conflict.
▪ Violence & suffering: Exposing the human cost of political agendas.
▪ Social media & legal action: Can they be tools for change?
Hip hop & activism collide!
He explains the historical and political context of the situation, origins of Zionism and its inherent ideologies, drawing connections between the Zionist movement and its use of violence and politics to continue the ongoing suffering and subjugation of the Palestinian people. He also shares his insights on the role of social media in raising awareness and the potential for legal action to bring about change.
It is interesting to note that a 2018 article published on the Children & Young People Now website, Social justice radical: Robert Halfon MP states in part as follows.
Conservative MP for Harlow Robert Halfon saw off competition from a number of senior Tories including Nick Bowles, Dan Poulter and Tim Loughton to be elected as chair of the education select committee in July 2017.
Halfon has been an MP since 2010 and served as apprenticeships minister from July 2016 up to the general election in June 2017.
The 48-year-old describes himself as "no establishment man", and upon appointment as chair of the committee he vowed to "challenge ministers, leaders and the sector when needed".
On October 5, 2020 The Jewish Chronicle published the article, Halfon expresses anger over ‘Jewish lobby’ references in Swire political diary. The following is an excerpt:
Robert Halfon MP has told of his anger over the use of the term “Jewish lobby” in the recently published political diaries by Lady Sasha Swire.
Speaking at a Board of Deputies fringe event at Conservative Party conference, the Harlow MP bemoaned the fact that “diarists are now allowed to talk about the ‘Jewish lobby’ in parliament with impunity” as he discussed measures to prevent the spread of hatred, racism and antisemitism online.
The JC last week reported how the wife of former Tory minister Sir Hugo Swire referred to the “Jewish lobby” on two different occasions in the book, which has attracted headlines over its gossipy revelations about ex-Prime Minister David Cameron’s time as leader.
Mr Halfon had been calling for tougher use of defamation laws in the online sphere - in line with those usually applied to newspapers and books - when he remarked that Lady Sasha’s book appeared to have escaped further attention.
Elsewhere in the discussion about the forthcoming Online Harms Bill, Home Office Minister Victoria Atkins, who has responsibility for safeguarding, made it clear that the government was due to give a full response to the consultation on the Online Harms White Paper in the autumn.
While being careful not to pre-empt that response, she said she would imagine that “any independent regulator will look very very carefully” at the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism.
Jewish communal organizations have called for the bill to recognise the need for Facebook and Twitter to adopt the IHRA definition. (cont’d)
Although Wikipedia is usually a source of last resort for me it can sometimes be useful. The page for Robert Halfon includes the following section:
Israel and Judaism
Halfon has said that one of the three things that motivate him in politics is "unashamed support for the State of Israel, as the only real democracy and progressive force in the Middle East".[34] He said, "I have always been very supportive of Israel. I have been to Israel many times for work and family, especially now that my father, who has become more Orthodox, lives in Jerusalem. I talk a lot about Israel in the House of Commons."[7]
Halfon attempted to get Muslim Engagement and Development (MEND), formerly iENGAGE, banned from the House of Commons in 2011.[7] He has also campaigned against Libyan funding of British universities, prompted by the experiences of his Italian-Jewish refugee grandfather Renato Halfon, who was making a living in Libya before being expelled alongside other Jews. Halfon is also concerned about donations from Muslim countries to the University of Oxford, Saudi Arabian donations to the University of Cambridge and links to Iran demonstrated by the University of Edinburgh and Durham University.[7]
On 19 July 2010, he hosted the launch of the Friends of Israel Initiative at the House of Commons.[35][36]
Halfon is vice president of the Jewish Leadership Council.[37] According to Doreen Wachmann of the Jewish Telegraph, he is the Conservative Party's counterpart to Labour MP Louise Ellman, who she said is "never scared to openly proclaim her Jewish identity and fight for Israel and against Islamic extremism at every Parliamentary opportunity".[7]
What is the Friends of Israel Initiative (FOII) which was launched in Britain’s House of Commons, 19 July 2010?
The Friends of Israel Initiative (FOII) is an international effort, to "seek to counter the attempts to delegitimize the State of Israel and its right to live in peace within safe and defensible borders", initiated and led by former Prime Minister of Spain and People's Party leader José María Aznar in 2010.[1][2]
History
The FOII was co-founded by Republican former United States Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton, Forza Italia's former President of the Italian Senate Marcello Pera, former President of Czech Republic Václav Havel, Peru's former President Alejandro Toledo and billionaire financier Robert Agostinelli and British Conservative Party peer, former First Minister of Northern Ireland and Nobel Peace Prize winner David Trimble.[1]
On 19 July 2010 a launch event was held at the British House of Commons, hosted by the Henry Jackson Society and Robert Halfon MP.[3][4]
The Friends of Israel Initiative met with President Shimon Peres in July 2011 at Beit HaNassi in Jerusalem. The delegation included former Spanish Prime Minister José María Aznar, former US Ambassador to the United Nations John R. Bolton, financier Robert Agostinelli, and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Lord David Trimble. The President held a working meeting with FII and presented an overview of the on situation in Israel and the region at large.[5] [Cont’d]
Given his background and unassailable, “unashamed support for the State of Israel, as the only real democracy and progressive force in the Middle East" it is no wonder that Robert Halfon MP has been promoted through the ranks of the Conservative Party to be positioned where he sits now as the Secretary of Education with the UK Government.
If you live outside of the UK, please let me know if you are aware of these sort of pro-Israel indoctrination programmes being implemented in schools and universities where you are located.
Declassified UK has recently published more information about the Israel Lobby in the UK and its control over both main political parties, Labour and Conservative. I will be sharing some more of their material under separate cover.
In the meantime, if you haven’t previously, I highly recommend watching the playlist for Al Jazeera’s four part 2017 undercover investigation The Lobby.
In 2017 Asa Winstanley wrote the article, The Israel lobby film was a watershed, and it won’t go away published by Middle East Monitor which begins with the following paragraphs:
Al-Jazeera’s four-part film The Lobby broadcast earlier this month was event TV at its best. The undercover documentary shone a light on how the pro-Israel lobby operates in Britain, providing viewers with insights into some of its most underhanded methods.
The headline finding, of course, was the discovery of a plot by a senior political officer at the Israeli embassy, Shai Masot, to “take down” senior foreign office minister Sir Alan Duncan, as well as other MPs deemed critical of Israeli policy. Masot was even shown in the film calling Duncan’s boss Boris Johnson an “idiot”. It was clearly not very diplomatic language for a supposed diplomat. Masot was caught on an undercover camera discussing a “hit list” of MPs with Maria Strizzolo, a civil servant and aide to Robert Halfon, a notoriously pro-Israel Conservative MP. [Bold mine]

What does the UK Government know that we don't? By the sound of it, they are not expecting an end to the Gaza genocide any time soon. Mercifully, the young seem instinctively more against the continuing slaughter of the Palestinian innocents than older generations - who presumably have already been thoroughly indoctrinated into automatically taking the Israelis' side.
Thank you for this. The UK is clearly in full fascism
