How can Palestinians trust these weasels who have broken former agreements, and who have mercenaries delivering food? They need to have trustworthy overseers, food and aid administered by UNRWA, and troops from another more reliable country keeping the IDF at bay.
Why would anyone trust the country who is providing the weapons to Israel used to commit the genocide to broker a ceasefire?
The primary problem is that I seriously doubt that there is such a thing as a "more reliable country" that could or would keep the IDF, Netanyahu and the Israeli extremists at bay not only in the Middle East but also worldwide.
Seismic changes, including the end of financial support and supply of weapons to Israel must be made for there to be any future of peace for Palestinians in their native land. Yet, even if that were to occur there is more than a century of Zionist brain washing that needs to be erased. The programmed impunity given to Israeli agents must also end.
As such, I really do not have much hope at the moment.
Azra, I read through the propaganda, then I went through the comments on it. The latter was a much more poignant reflection of the real/surreal worlds of the rich and the poor. If the U.S. is supplying weapon's and talking peace through the Janus interpretation, then platitudinous logic circles the wagons back to that ever so cliche of "Might makes Right". The never ending Hunger Games will only stop when enough survivors resolve themselves to the fact that there is no reasoning with a hungry grizzly bear. Some days you get the bear, and some days the bear gets you, but your efforts to bring awareness into sharp focus is greatly appreciated.

I couldn't agree with you more Diana.
