The Telegraph, The Times and other legacy media plastered their pages with images of the commemorative stamp so it must be true. 😉 If it is, it lends support to Ukraine's responsibility for the terrorist attack.
It's not a spoof. In fact, they had an enlarged one set up as an installment where people could go take their pics in front of it. But as they did so, the shelling started. Whoops.
