I agree with you that so many things have been surprised in terms of our own abilities and also processes. I would be interested in reading about what processes can be used to mine nuclear waste for precious metals. I am pro-nuclear by the way, especially with the potential of SMRs and closed systems.

Yes, it seems a universal rule that (some sort of) free will needs to be respected. Hence the plans are announced in advance by the dark forces, but usually in symbols or as entertainment (Hollywood, Netflix etc.), and most people can't or don't bother to interpret them to realize what's on the menu. Because we don't object to the announced agenda (like Agenda 21 and Agenda 30, which are official and haven't been scrubbed from the internet), we are considered to have given our consent. Which we have, in a passive way, by not clearly stating that we do NOT CONSENT!

I don't know for sure but my sense is that they are more aware of what is going on in the world than the general population, given their own demonisation by the West and also comments made by Eva Bartlett who lives there and Alexander Mercouris of The Duran, who has Russian friends.
