Apparently both the US and UK Embassies in Moscow warned citizens residing in and travelling to the area that there was going to be some sort of unrest in Moscow
The following is some of the information I have collected with my initial research regarding the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall last night which is situated in the outskirts of Moscow.
As of 11am GMT the death toll had risen to 115 people with some still unaccounted for.
It is important to note that a security alert was issued March 7th by the US and UK Embassies in Moscow which warned its citizens to steer clear of mass gatherings of people due to the possibility of terrorism.
According to TASS, Serbia’s leader Aleksandar Vucic said that warnings earlier this month from the US and British embassies directed at their citizens not to visit public places in Moscow indicate that their intelligence services may have had information about possible terrorist attacks.
But... "ISIS did it".
From what I have seen it is the US and UK media that have been naming ISIS as the culprit in the lead up to and following the Crocus City Hall terrorist attack.

KEY FACTS
In an alert posted late Thursday night [i.e. Marth 7th], the American embassy said it was “monitoring reports that extremists have imminent plans to target large gatherings” in the Russian capital, including concerts.
The embassy urged U.S. citizens “to avoid large gatherings” in Moscow over the next two days.
The embassy also advised Americans to “be aware of your surroundings” and monitor local media for updates.
The alert offered no further details on the nature of the potential attack or the suspected extremist perpetrators.
The British embassy and foreign office posted the U.S. warning to its website and social media account, urging U.K. nationals against all travel to Russia.

The U.S. alert comes just hours after Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) said it had thwarted a planned terrorist attack on a Moscow synagogue. The agency, a successor to the Soviet-era KGB, said the shooting had been planned by a cell from the Afghan arm of the militant Islamic State group. The FSB said the terrorists were killed when resisting arrest, adding that firearms, ammunition and components for an improvised explosive device were found and seized from the area.
WHAT WE DON’T KNOW
It is unclear if the alleged terrorist attack foiled by the FSB is related to the warning from the U.S. embassy.
KEY BACKGROUND
Tensions between Russia’s Jewish and Muslim population have soared since the start of the Israel-Hamas war in October. Similar to many other parts of the world, the fighting in Gaza has stoked a wave of antisemitism in Russia, including violent protests. Israel urged Russia to protect its citizens in late October after a mob in the mostly Muslim Dagestan region stormed an airport in search of Jewish passengers arriving from Israel.
Russians With Attitude posted this video clip of two armed men at 17:55 GMT yesterday on their Telegram channel. Russia is three hours ahead of us so that would have been at 8:55pm GMT on Friday, 22 March 2024.
Mass shooting reported in a city of Krasnogorsk, Moscow region, in Crocus City Hall (a music hall) during the show. At least 12 people are killed, 35 peoples are injured. Two or three masked men entered the music hall and began spread-shooting into the crowd.
CNN included a longer version of this video of four shooters in the following article Friday night. From what I have seen thus far it is the western press that is pushing the “ISIS did it” line.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for an attack at a popular concert hall complex near Moscow Friday after assailants stormed the venue with guns and incendiary devices, killing at least 60 people and injuring 145.
The terror group took responsibility for the attack in a short statement published by ISIS-affiliated news agency Amaq on Telegram on Friday. It did not provide evidence to support the claim.
Video footage from the Crocus City Hall shows the vast complex, which is home to both the music hall and a shopping center, on fire with smoke billowing into the air. State-run RIA Novosti reported the armed individuals “opened fire with automatic weapons” and “threw a grenade or an incendiary bomb, which started a fire.” They then “allegedly fled in a white Renault car,” the news agency said.
State media Russia 24 reported the roof of the venue has partially collapsed.
The fire had been brought largely under control more than six hours later. “There are still some pockets of fire, but the fire has been mostly eliminated,” Moscow governor Andrey Vorobyov said on Telegram.
The deadliest terror attack on Moscow in decades, Friday’s assault came less than a week after President Vladimir Putin won a stage-managed election by an overwhelming majority to secure another term in office, tightening his grip on the country he has ruled since the turn of the century.
With attention focused on the country’s war with neighboring Ukraine, Putin had trumpeted a message of national security before Russians went to the polls.
The carnage broke out before a concert by the band Picnic, according to Russia 24.
“Unidentified people in camouflage broke into Crocus City Hall and started shooting before the start of the concert,” the Prosecutor General’s Office said, cited by TASS.

Video footage showed panic as the attack unfolded, with crowds of people huddling together, screaming and ducking behind cushioned seats as gunshots started echoing in the vast hall. One group sheltering next to a large wall of windows outside the concert venue were forced to break them to escape the gunfire, video obtained by CNN shows.
Footage geolocated by CNN shows an armed individual starting at least one fire inside the venue. The individual is seen carrying something in their hand and, as they walk off-screen, a bright flash of light from a large flame is seen in the video.
A SWAT team was called to the area and more than 70 ambulance teams and doctors assisted victims.
One hundred and forty-five people have been hospitalized, TASS reported. Sixty people are in a “serious condition.”
According to the Kremlin, Putin was informed about the attack and is being kept updated on measures on the ground.
The president on Saturday wished those injured in the attack a speedy recovery, the state-run RIA-Novosti news agency said. He also “conveyed his gratitude to the doctors,” RIA added.
Around 100 people were evacuated from the building by firefighters, TASS reported.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin called the attack a “terrible tragedy.”
“My condolences to the loved ones of the victims. I gave orders to provide all necessary assistance to everyone who suffered during the incident,” Sobyanin said in a statement.
Sobyanin said on Telegram that he was canceling all sports, cultural and other public events in Moscow this weekend.
Picnic’s manager told state media that the performers were unharmed.
Shaman, the band’s singer, said he would pay for the funerals of the victims and treatment for those injured.
“We are all one big family. And in a family there is no such thing as somebody else’s grief,” the singer, known for his nationalistic views, said in a video posted on the Russian social media network Vkontakte to his more than 600,000 followers.
“My people, any troubles and misfortunes have always united our country. They have made Russia tougher and stronger. It will not be possible to frighten and break us this time either.”
CNN has been pumping out some of the most egregious Mockingbird propaganda and lies that I have seen. The discussion linked below with CNN military analyst and retired General Wesley Clark and former CNN Moscow bureau chief Jill Dougherty hosted by Erin Burnett, is especially cringeworthy.
Jill Dougherty recites from her script what they themselves are doing when they are wondering why Putin hadn’t said anything publicly as yet about the terrorist attack.
“Putin is trying to think of what they say about the terrorist attack. There will be a narrative, something that they will say and then it till be spread all across the media, and with all of their officials. We just have to wait.”

In the first video below former Petagon senior security policy analyst, Michael Maloof discusses the warning that the US issued for its citizens in Russia on March 7th and states that the U.S. clearly had some viable information and that if they hadn’t, they should have passed it on to Russia’s security agency. In my opinion it may well be more likely that the U.S. created the intel to cover their evil plans for the terrorist attack, working with some of their international allies such as the UK and Ukraine, along with possibly Israel’s Mossad.
It is interesting that Michael Maloof comments that the attack on the Crocus City Hall did not have the signature of ISIS but rather that of Al Qaeda, which was created by the CIA. Please watch the interview by clicking on the image below.
In this second RT interview, former US intelligence officer and whistleblower, John Kiriakou comments that “this is a tragedy for which there’s no excuse.”
You may recall the charming Vikki Nuland’s recent comments when she was announcing another bung of funds to Ukraine which would ensure that they would be able “to accelerate the asymmetric warfare that has been most effective on the battlefield. And as I said in Kiev three weeks ago, this supplemental funding will ensure Putin faces some nasty surprises on the battlefield.”
It certainly is most interesting that Obama just happened to be seen visiting the UK Prime Minister’s residence, Number 10 Downing Street on Friday. Timing is everything.

The suspect admits to shooting people at Crocus City Hall, that he was offered around $5,400 to shoot "anyone" - and that the terrorist act was organized on Telegram with an unknown person who provided weapons.
The attack was being prepped a month ago.
The most recent reports I have seen indicted that at least 133 people were killed and more than 100 were wounded in the attack on the suburban Moscow concert hall, one of the largest in Russia.

I thank Clandestine for their succinct commentary which certainly reflects my own thoughts about the vile perpetrators behind the attack upon the innocent Russians, including children who gathered for the concert at the Crocus City Hall theatre last night.
They are singing like canaries. They claim they were recruited on Telegram to commit the attack in exchange for money.
Putin himself claims that Ukraine tried to assist the terrorists into Ukraine after the attack.
It’s clear some organized entity used patsies as proxy to carry out the attack. Textbook CIA behavior. Combined with Ukraine trying to assist the terrorist in their escape… the evidence would strongly suggest this attack was organized by Western Intelligence.
Whether that be Ukraine, CIA, MI6, Mossad, or some other Western entity, they all serve the same globalist masters, and share the same goal of defeating Russia by any means necessary.
Regardless of what the truth is, Putin is going to have a response. He claims Ukraine, and all those who assisted, will pay a heavy price.
