"Syria updates - Military Escalation" by Vanessa Beeley
"Wildfires being used as weapons of war in Syria. U.S. has clearly reactivated ISIS terror cells under their control to carry out terror attacks against civilians."
Please read the following updates from Vanessa Beeley regarding the U.S. military escalation in Syria at a time when it is clear that the U.S., UK, NATO proxy war in Ukraine has failed.
Syria updates - military escalation
As things are moving fast in Syria I will try to maintain regular daily updates

Russian SU-34
On July 30th, at 6.53 am at an altitude of 5000 metres in the Al Raqqa region - a dangerous approach by a U.S. MQ-9 drone was again recorded. The drone came within 100 metres of the Su-34 - according to Brigadier General Oleg Gorinov, the head of the Russian Reconciliation Centre in Syria.
According to the Russian Reconciliation Centre - drones of the U.S.-led international coalition violated the safety of flights in Syria 340 times during July 2023 .
The U.S.-led Coalition is provoking Russia just as Israel has consistently provoked Syria to respond to their weekly aggression against Syrian military and civilian infrastructure.
The response will come but on the terms of the genuine anti-terror alliance, not on the terms set by Israel or the criminal U.S. Coalition.

31st July - In Daraa, south of Damascus a Syrian Arab Army military bus was targeted by an explosive package killing at least one of the Fourth Division soldiers on board - identified by local sources as Qasim Mohammed Al Hassan.
The U.S. and U.K. incubate terrorist groups in the 55km exclusion zone around the illegal U.S. military base at Al Tanf to carry out such attacks on Syrian military positions and convoys. It can be safely assumed that Israel has also maintained contact with terror cells still active in southern Syria.
***
31st July - Terrorist media outlets have reported that some leaders of factions in the so-called Syrian National Army (SNA) - which is effectively the rebranded Free Syrian Army (FSA) among other muslim brotherhood-dominated gangs - have been recruiting militants from within the SNA to be posted as border guards in Al Tanf on the Syrian/Jordanian border.
Sources indicate that the recruitment is ongoing secretly and that this is a similar mission to Libya with a salary up to $ 1000 per month. Compare this to the $ 7-15 paid to a Syrian Arab Army soldier, especially since inflation has increased in Syria.

31st July - Syrian Foreign Minister Dr. Faisal Al Miqdad speaking from Iran:
It is better for the U.S. Army to withdraw from Syria before it is forced to do so.
Practical steps are being taken to implement the agreements reached during President Raisi’s recent visit to Syria.
We are satisfied with developments in the region, as effective diplomacy between nations promises good results for the people. Those who seek to obstruct these efforts should know that the Arab peoples are tired of the authoritarian U.S. Coalition practices that seek to maintain the Zionist occupation of Arab lands.
We renew our support for the Palestinian people and condemn the war crimes and human rights crimes committed against them by the Israeli occupation.
The crimes of the U.S. Occupation in Syria cannot continue and the Syrian people will not tolerate this indefinitely. The U.S. occupation army must withdraw from the lands it occupies.
The United States wants Al-Tanf region which it occupies to be a hub of terror organisations to despatch elsewhere in the region and the world.
We support all initiatives for the return of Syrian refugees but Western countries are obstructing their return under the pretext that conditions are not favourable.
The U.S. and it separatist (Kurdish) militias continue to plunder oil and deprive the Syrian people of their resources while Turkey [NATO member state] deprives the two million inhabitants of Al Hasakah of water.
***
31st July - The occupied countryside of Ras Al Ayn in the North witnessed infighting among the Turkish-backed proxy terrorist groups. Serious clashes have been reported between terrorists belonging to the so-called Al Hamza division in Mukhtala village - machine guns and RPGs were used during the clashes and civilian casualties have been reported and material damage to civilian property.
The infighting was the result over smuggling revenues from resources stolen from Syria and traded in Turkey - now one of the most lucrative income sources for the terrorist groups in the north of Syria.

Wildfires in Syria used as a weapon of war:
General Jalal Dawoud, Head of the Fire Department in Latakia, says the fire was man-made. This was determined because the origin of the fire was not in one place, but was started in scattered areas all at the same time in daylight hours.
After the security forces began their investigation, it was found that the fires were started by drones originating from Idlib, under the occupation of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, formerly Jibhat al-Nusra, the Al Qaeda affiliate in Syria.
On July 25, a fire department vehicle drove over a previously planted mine on Zgharo Mountain, near the town of Maskita, but without injuries. This area was occupied by the terrorists now in Idlib during the 2015 period before they were driven east to Idlib.

Syria updates - 2nd August
ISIS continues to attack civilians in central and north-east Syria
By Vanessa Beeley • 2 August 2023
US illegal military base in Al Tanf on Syrian/Jordanian borders.
ISIS continues their attacks on civilians targeting shepherds and stealing or killing hundreds of sheep. After the killing of a young shepherd a few days ago east of Raqqa and the theft of 300 sheep, another attack was thwarted by the local Syrian National Defence forces on the axix of Qawsa Maadan in the Western countryside of Deir Ezzor.
NDF forces pursued the terrorists deep into the Syrian desert, retrieved the flock and killed and wounded members of the ISIS cell.
All these attacks are triggered by the U.S. Occupation Forces to further decimate Syrian civilian resources which now include flocks of sheep that have enormous value in the devastated Syrian economy. This is also about an increased sense of insecurity for the inhabitants of the land east of Palmyra and Homs.

Oil tankers deliberately targeted by ISIS
On Monday night, an armed ISIS attack targeted a convoy of oil tankers, on the Salamiyah-Raqqa road heading for the Homs refinery, killing and wounding members of the Syrian Arab Army.
Local sources said on social media that the attack, which was launched by ISIS gunmen, killed 5 and wounded 4 members of the SAA.
The U.S. has clearly reactivated ISIS terror cells under their control to carry out terror attacks against civilians including the heinous attack in southern Damascus on the 30th July that left 8 dead, 23 injured including women and children.
A day before the oil convoy attack, the Syrian military intelligence engaged with another ISIS cell near Kanaker in the Damascus countryside.
This new wave of U.S.-led proxy guerilla warfare is in response to the SAA troop build up and increase in attacks by Russia and Syria against terrorist headquarters in the north-west (Idlib), north-east and south - close to the U.S. Al Tanf base.
All these terror attacks are designed to deepen the economic misery for the Syrian people across all sectors including humanitarian and medical and to further ensure energy-deprivation for an already blockaded and decimated nation.

Increased Russian and Syrian attacks on Al Qaeda bases in north-west
The Syrian Arab Army supported by UAV surveillance has intensively targeted Hayat Tahrir Al Sham (Al Qaeda offshoot) headquarters and fortifications with heavy artillery and missiles in the villages and towns of Sarmin, Nayrab and Maarbalit in the Idlib countryside. Wait for the White Helmet “outrage”.
Watch video of Russian targeting of HTS headquarters in Idlib…
As I am not able to replicate the 15 second which Vanessa had shared at the end of her post above, I have chosen another video to include here which she shared on her Telegram channel, 25 June 2023 with the following comment:
#Russian warplanes carried out more than 35 (and counting) airstrikes since morning, targeting al-#Qaeda headquarters in Al-Zawiya mountain, western Idlib, the vicinity of Jisr Al-Shughur and Kabeneh Hills northwest of #Syria.
An airstrike targeted a weaponry point for #HTS terrorists near Idlib city entrance, forcing them to evacuate their headquarters in the area in order to avoid airstrikes.
Syrian artillery kept targeting every HTS move along the front lines
