Pierre Poilievre must get us the Winnipeg Lab documents now
or the new Conservative party leader is a paper tiger

Winnipeg, Manitoba is home to the National Microbiology Lab, the only biosafety level 4 facility in Canada. NML is operated by PHAC — the same organization which knows ivermectin works but has yet to tell the public.
With no outside scrutiny, the lab conducts experiments on animals with deadly pathogens, including gain-of-function research.
Did SARS-CoV2 originate in Winnipeg?
This is a complex story involving the secretive Canadian and Chinese government bioweapons programs.
Since pre-outbreak, state-sponsored media outlet CBC has done the best job of tracking the evolving NML drama:

Synopsis
With Canadian authorization, Chinese military scientists shipped multiple virus types from Winnipeg to Wuhan in 2019, prompting a federal police investigation. The Conservatives, Bloc Quebecois and NDP teamed up against the Liberals in parliament to force an unredacted release of related documents. PHAC released some redacted emails relating to the breach, hosted on the House of Commons website. In an unprecedented move, the government - citing national security - refused an order of the House to release everything for review, and it filed to sue parliament in federal court (presumably a delay tactic). Trudeau then dissolved parliament, called the 2021 election and - Liberals would claim - thereby nullified the House order to release documents. The government then dropped its lawsuit against parliament two days later. Finally, the minority Liberals and minority NDP formed an unholy alliance to give Liberals an unelected majority, preemptively blocking any new vote on the issue in parliament.

What can be done to get the unredacted documents?
In 2021, Conservative MP Michael Chong led the charge in parliament against the Liberals to get the documents released.
Conservative MP Gérard Deltell also pushed for release.
Conservative leader MP Erin O’Toole also did the same. Close but no cigar.
The default legal assumption is that because parliament was dissolved by Trudeau, the June 2021 House order to produce documents - which passed 179 to 149 - is somehow void.
There does not appear to be any statute in the Parliament Act saying that an order of the House - defied in the previous parliament - is null in the current one.
How does parliament enforce the order?
Speaker of the House MP Anthony Rota, in his own words has exclusive jurisdiction and said he would “fight tooth and nail”.
He also implied that the issue could be resolved in a future parliament if the current one was dissolved. Parliament was dissolved, but the issue remains unresolved.
Your move Poilievre
As the freshly minted leader of the official opposition, it is your duty to Canadians to invoke privilege before the House of Commons here. Please ask Rota to exercise his power as Speaker to instruct the Sergeant-at-arms to procure the documents in question from PHAC.
If you fail to move on this with maximum urgency, it’s safe to assume that the only opposition you lead is controlled — consciously or not.
Officially, as of writing, over 6 million people have died from covid on our planet. Millions of others have been killed by ‘measures’. God rest their souls.
Did the virus originate in Winnipeg?
The Canadian government has the answer and owes us all the truth.
